Client: St Georges Outdoor Activity Centre, Georgeham, Devon

Project Scope: This site had 3 elderly oil boilers supplying space heating and hot water, all required replacement. The site wanted to move to a renewable heat source as part of thier educational ethos as well as install efficient relaible equipment.

Solution: There was insuffcient room within the main building to site a biomass boiler and pellet store. We identified an outbuilding approximately 60m from the main house so the installation of a KWB 95kw Pelletfire 2 was installed with a 7 tonne big bag store. We ran underground heatmains to all three boiler rooms in the main house and made connection to their existing systems.
