Located in the heart of Bristol this is a modern facility has an impressive 50m international swimming pool, 173 station gym, specialist spin studio, sports hall, Healthy Living Zone, crèche and onsite café.
Optimum took over the maintenance of this site exactly one year after its handover from the building contractors with responsibility for all Heating, Ventilation, Cooling, Legionnaire testing and plant rooms.
We have since trained the on site leaiure centre staff to take over many of the simpler tasks saving the site time and money allowing us to concentrate on the core maintenance areas.
