A maintenance agreement with Optimum will ensure that your system operates at top efficiency, while reducing the risk of any unforeseen breakdowns.  Should there be any call out or repair requirements you will benefit from our prior knowledge of the system, set-up and settings and many of the initial checks will have already been done.

 Out of Hours Service

Optimum provide an Out of Hours call out service for your heating plant. This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (excluding bank holidays) however if you have a problem with an appliance outside of normal office hours you can contact us on our Call Out Line and speak to one of our engineers.

If you are unable to get through straight away on the Call Out Line please leave a message on the answer phone as it may be that the engineer is on a site and is temporarily out of signal.

 If a site visit is necessary we will then aim to respond within 24hrs.

In the case of an extreme emergency e.g. fire or flood we will endeavour to reach you in less than 4hrs.


When you apply for an Optimum Maintenance Agreement, one of Optimum’s Service Managers will call to inspect, test, and report on your system. This is referred to as a “First Inspection”. We will then supply you with a cost for carrying out an annual servicing on each appliance / piece of plant.

Once you have signed the agreement your servicing costs and rates will then be fixed for the term of the agreement which is typically 2-5 years.
