Project Scope: To replace an existing failed oil appliance with a biomass pellet boiler. The customer wished to construct his own new wooden plant room as there was not a suitable space within his property or an unused out building.

Solution: Optimum Heating supplied a design and drawing to enable the customer to build a new wooden, insulated and fire proofed building adjacent to the main property. A single KWB Easyfire 30KW, 600 litre and 7 tonne pellet store was installed in the new plant room. A short 3 metre pipework bridge connected the new plant room to the main building.
