Boiler: MCZ Nova Stove
Output: 18kw
Fuel: Pellet
Fuel Storage capacity: 1 Tonne
Estimated Fuel Requirement: 5 Tonnes

This is a domestic semi detached property of cavity wall construction Circa 1960. It was agreed with the customer that the pellet stove was to be installed in the conservatory.

Boiler and system

We removed existing oil fired boiler and oil tank and installed an MCZ Nova pellet stove supplying a new DHW cylinder.

The pellet stove was sited in an existing conservatory with the twin wall flue passing the glazed roof and up the side of building. We connected to the existing radiator central heating system.

Control was via the existing Honeywell "S" plan system.

This project was funded by the customer who will take advantage of RHI payments.
