Qualified heating engineers

All Optimum Heating engineers are trained to the highest level in their fields and are accredited to standards set out by the relevant trade association for these fields (CORGI, OFTEC, and HETAS).

Landlord Gas Safety Certification

It is a legal requirement for landlords to ensure that all gas fired heating equipment within a rented property meets required safety standards (this is known as CP12 certification). All of our heating engineers are CORGI registered and are able to carry out CP12 certification.
